Vegan Crab Cakes

Vegan Crab Cakes by piggyinktichen

I appologize that I haven't posted any of my recipes lately. I've been just busy and havent found my time to write yet. Nit I'm trying to work this out even when busy because I have lots to share with you guys! And I can't wait ;)

Today, what I'm sharing is Crab Cakes.
But you know, with NO CRAB or any kinds of SEAFOOD!
I veganized crab cakes with use of only plants🌱

  • Vegan
  • No additives
  • No sugar

Instead of seafood, I used:

  • Hearts of Palm
  • Chickpeas

Pull out the center part.

Chop into pieces and put them into a bowl.
Processs boiled chickpeas in a blender or food processor, then transfer to the bowl.

Add vegan mayo, fried crushed wakame seaweed, green onion, dill and Himalayan pink salt to season.
Wakame seaweed enhances ocean-like flaver!
If it's difficult for you to find wakame seaweed, nori flakes/sheets can work as well!

Pan fry cakes until golden brown.
