【For All of You with Depression and Anxiety】

Yeah I can tell that I am happy from the picture.
Someone frequently asks me:
Are you always feeling happy?
Whenever I'm asked, I always have mixed feelings of happiness and hesitation to give them my answer.
Because I wasn't able to smile like that a few years ago.
These are what I've been suffering from for a long time.
A few years ago, I even had to go to a hospital to see my psychiatrist back and forth due to severe depression and anxiety.
It was so bad that he gave me a note saying something like "You must take 2 weeks off both work and school. You need some time to rest enough."
However, prescribed meds didn't do anything for me. I knew it wouldn't because pharmaceutical meds only cover your scratches like a bandage, and it won't do anything to root causes which are the most important parts in order to heal. When you stop taking meds, the symptoms are likely to come back to you again and again.
So I decided to not go back to the hospital which wasted my time and created some other health issues, such as stomachaches, headaches, dizziness and more. Instead, I gave those future times to try some natural remedies to heal by myself.
Here are some messages from me that I posted on Twitter, towards to all of you guys who are suffering from the same or similar issues to me.

A few years ago, I never thought I would smile like this ever again. I’ve been through a LOT of difficult times.
Luckily I have friends, family and partner who understood and supported me. But my biggest change was my diet and lifestyle.
I completely shifted to a cleaner diet, though my diet was already considered “clean” and wasn’t like Standard American Diet, added herbal medicines as natural remedies with no pharmaceutical meds, and last but not least, I spoke out what I’d been through to my friend which is very important!
Since then I’ve been doing SO MUCH BETTER! I can feel it. I can see it. I’m living in the happiest time of my life!
I do understand it if you’re currently having a tough time, depression anxiety or other things going on and you think it won’t go away.
It takes time. Trust me. Everything takes time to get a better life. It took me 2 yrs to fix since I realized that I’d had problems!
Please give some time to yourself to naturally heal, but you need to make an effort.

I do hope my messages will help you in some ways, even to take a step little by little for your brighter future which you may be not able to see right now. When there's a light, there's a dark side as well. When it's dark, there'll be a light coming in eventually.
