When I was almost running out of my ideas for salad toppings as I was so exhausted, I came up this idea: "making vegan parmesan cheese from scratch!" Since I wanted to make it quickly with something that I always stock in my pantry, I used only 3 ingredients!
- Nutritional yeast
- Salt
- Cashew nuts
Nutritional yeast that I always buy is from Bob's Red Mills.

This recipe is super easy and tasty!
It goes amazing with homemade cashew dressing that I've been making for a long time!

1 cup cashew nut
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt
NOTES
Keep in fridge for a few weeks.
